At Fashmoly, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The item must be returned in the original packaging
• A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

• Final sale or clearance items
• Products marked as “Non-Returnable”
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team first to confirm product availability.
After returning the original item, you may place a new order for the replacement product.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error, such as:
• Incorrect item received
• Damaged or defective product
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged or defective item
Our team will review the issue and provide either a replacement or a full refund.
